01 / Turnkey or consigned

One partner from files to finished hardware.

Boards, cables and harnesses, box builds and die-cut parts are built under one ISO 9001 certified quality system. Send us a full turnkey job, a consigned kit or anything in between, and one team takes it through build, test and delivery.

02 / Sourcing

Your requirements decide where we buy.

Our sourcing team buys from established distributors and manufacturers across the U.S., Mexico and Asia, or domestic-only when an ITAR program needs it. We handle cut tape, loose reels and obsolete or hard-to-find parts, and we test consigned parts like our own.

03 / Engineering review

An engineer on every order, before the build.

More than a third of our team hold engineering degrees. Every incoming design gets a design for manufacturability review before we quote, and a design for sourcing and obsolescence review is available on any order. We advise; we never change your design.

05 / Controlled data

Your files, shared only with the people who need them.

Don't upload ITAR-controlled files through the website: we coordinate a secure transfer instead. Access is controlled, our IT security is monitored with cybersecurity partner Compass MSP, and BSU is working toward CMMC Level 2, targeted Q1 2027.

06 / Quality

Every board, inspected and tested.

Paste volume, area and height are measured on every print. Boards are inspected with 3D AOI and 5D X-ray, and tested with flying probe, in-circuit, power-up and functional test as the build requires. We build to IPC-A-610 and IPC J-STD-001, with Class 3 builds available.
