Design for Manufacturability (DFM)

BSU builds to your design. Before we quote, an engineer reviews your Gerbers, BOM and drawings for manufacturability, cost and component availability. Because the engineers who review your design also build and test it, the feedback reflects what actually happens on our lines.

Two reviews, added to any order

A DfM review checks manufacturability, testability and cost. A DfS/O review (design for sourcing and obsolescence) checks component availability, lead times and end-of-life risk, and suggests approved alternates. We advise; we never change your design.

Frequently Asked Questions
