NPI and Prototype PCB Assembly

BSU assembles new-product boards for aerospace, space, defense, semiconductor equipment, robotics and industrial teams, from a single prototype to production. There is no minimum order quantity. Quotes take 3–5 business days, Rev A/B turns take days, and typical delivery is 2–6 weeks, with partial and rush options.

An engineer on every order

Every order gets an engineer who reviews your files for manufacturability before the build. More than a third of our team hold engineering degrees, so design issues surface on the line, not in qualification.

Capabilities

SMT, through-hole and mixed technology on 4 SMT lines • rigid, flex, rigid-flex and high-layer-count boards • IPC Class 3 builds • turnkey, consigned or partial kits • cut tape and loose reels • obsolete and hard-to-find parts • device programming • flying probe, 3D AOI, SPI and 5D X-ray inspection.
