has been building and designing PCB assemblies for over a decade and boasts
an 80% mix of partnerships with Fortune 100 companies. These larger companies
trust their outsourcing to us simply because we deliver consistent quality
- even under seemingly impossible time constraints. We see profits in the
long-term commitment of improving efficiency and offering more services.
An intregal part of BSU's inception stems from the experience
of the founders finding a need that many contract manufacturers were
not able to fulfill. In their experience most manufacturers were only willing
to build medium to higher volume builds and could not respond quickly to
a lot of changes. The smaller of these companies did not have the same
equipment and were rarely capable of handling purchasing and test requirements.
Our strength lies in the ability to very quickly and reliably build low
volume and machine quality prototypes in conjunction with our everyday
production.
We are familiar with both IPC and MIL standards and are accustomed to working towards both. We are also used to dealing with cutting edge designs from both the commercial and the private sectors. BSU has worked with BGA and flex assemblies long before they became mainstream, and we have full BGA rework capability. |
